App Maria Privacy Policy

App Maria is operated by Douglas Forbes-Scott (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy explains how the App Maria mobile application handles information.
Information we collect
App Maria does not require an account and does not collect, sell, rent, or use personal information for advertising or tracking. The app does not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting services.
Information stored on your device
Information you enter into the app, such as dates used for calculations and app preferences, is processed and stored locally on your device to provide the app’s features. We do not receive this information on our servers.
Google Play data safety
For Google Play data-safety purposes, App Maria does not collect or share user data. Calculation inputs, app preferences, and optional calendar information are processed on your device and are not transmitted to us or to third parties.
Calendar access
Calendar access is optional. If you choose to synchronise pregnancy milestones or a pregnancy journey, App Maria requests permission to create, update, or remove the App Maria events in your device calendar. Calendar information is used only on your device for that feature and is not transmitted to us.
Sharing
When you choose to export a PDF or calendar file, App Maria uses your device’s system sharing tools. You choose the destination and any recipient. We do not receive or control information you share.
Children
App Maria is not directed to children under the age at which consent is required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date above indicates when it was last revised.
